The general objective of the project: Improving internships for qualifications in the field of Electric for the empowerment of the workforce with professional skills in line with the needs of the labor market in order to increase employment opportunities for graduates

 Project objectives:

1. Strengthening the collaboration with the economic agents in order to increase the offer of the internships

2. Professional development of teachers and practice tutors

3. Improving the quality of learning in the workplace of students for a better harmonization of their skills with the requirements of the labor market

4. Development of tools to evaluate learning outcomes through practice in the workplace

The project includes a 5-day study visit in period 24-28 may 2021 to the Bánovce nad Bebravou Technical Secondary School, Slovakia. Mobility participants: 9 people (5 teachers who teach specialized disciplines in the field of Electric and 4 representatives of the partner economic agent)

Expected results of the project:

strengthening the partnership with the economic environment, for practical training in accordance with the requirements of the labor market

diversification and consolidation of forms of learning in the workplace in accordance with the evolution of technological changes

 better correlation of the school''s offer with the need for qualification in the economic environment

Products:2 training agreements with companies for training internships and 2 training guides.

Targeted impact integrated into the school''s strategy :

 to become a strong training center for qualifications in the field of Electricity.

Summary of project results

• All the 5 teachers participating in the study visit declared that they developed their skills/competences. • The 4 representatives of the partner economic agent participating in the study visit declared that they have developed skills regarding the organization of students'' internships. • A total of 9 people participated in the study visit. • There are no Roma students in the school. • They were achieved o 1 CDL, for 9th grade vocational school, electrical field; o 1 Optional for Technology; o 1 school-economic agent partnership agreement; o 1 Curricular auxiliary Garments from reusable materials. o 1 Good practice guide. • 52 students (77.61%), out of the total number of 67 students in the VET classes, declared that they obtained better learning results during the internships than in previous years.
