Description
The project is needed to establish the conditions for social inclusion through innovative tools in education, enhancing the prospects for Roma integration in the production of economic and social capital. The aim of the project is to create learning tools that foster the creation of an inclusive school environment. The emphasis is put on individual learning approach and interaction among students in order to exploit the full potential of all students. The project should achieve: enrolling teaching staff in educational program, which will be implemented by the State Pedagogical Institute; being attended by at least 20% of pupils of Cinobaňa School and being attended by at least 20% of teaching staff Cinobaňa School. The project outputs should consist of: teaching Roma language and literature and Romany cultures; organizing cultural and other social events; designing project website; organizing conferences and others.The following groups are expected to benefit: teachers who have expanded their qualification with the aim to teach Romany; pupils of primary and secondary schools; the wider learning community; The Roma community - parents of students and others.

The project achieved: enrolling teaching staff in educational program, which was implemented by the State Pedagogical Institute; attended by at least 20% of pupils of Cinobaňa School and attended by at least 20% of teaching staff Cinobaňa School. The main objective of the program was to create the conditions for high-quality intercultural training programs by the Roma language, and support the development of inclusive education through intercultural education was fulfilled. All activities in the project aimed at strengthening social inclusion through intercultural education, Roma language and culture and cooperation between school and family.Approach in terms of the idea of inclusion has unexpectedly caught the volume impulses that brought the other and thus ultimately all. Degree of tolerance during the project ultimately influenced the culture and school climate. Implementation of the program has brought the creation of such training tools to enhance the creation of an inclusive school environment. Inclusive education has become a tool for strengthening social cohesion and ensuring equal access to quality education, good conditions for education and equalizing educational outcomes. The project brought new experiences and inspiration to further work with students, as well as ideas on how to improve and innovate the learning process. the school focued through innovation in the learning process to put an individual educational approach and interaction between pupils in order to exploit the full potential of all students. Curriculum and projects affected by the school educational programme will not only strengthen mutual tolerance and overcoming stereotypes, but also help strengthen the identity, which is a prerequisite for full integration of Roma into society. Project reduced the negative impact of family and the wider social environment for the child and at the same time school offered to pupils interesting, playful and activating teaching methods.
