Summary of project results
Despite initial difficulties, such as pandemic time, remote learning, difficulties in mobilizing young people, as well as limited teacher time (more responsibilities due to remote learning), the project was successfully implemented. It was extended by 6 months. The biggest challenge of the project was to reconcile the work of teachers and their duties with the preparation of changes to the core curriculum. Also, implementing and familiarizing teachers with the QAFP Guaranteed Food Quality System was a challenge. Working teams were established in each of the participating schools. Each of them met with UPEMI''s team of experts - management and content staff. After analyzing the assumptions and training for teachers, each team took action in the perimeter of their school and its educational directions. During the first stage of the project, a Greek foreign partner was engaged. In the subsequent stages of the project and the adaptation of the core curriculum for students, the assumptions of the e-learning platform were prepared and the elements it should have were worked out. The intellectual outputs of the project were the development of four courses for students in four fields of education: food and food service technician, agricultural technician, veterinary technician and food technology technician. In addition, the project created an interactive e-learning platform, including a number of publications, educational materials and videos. The project''s dissemination activities were successfully implemented.
