Description

Today electronic waybills only in timber industry as there are no good solutions for other sectors in the market. However, according to Statistics Estonia, over 300 million tons of different goods, including gravel, crops, and asphalt, have been carried on Estonian highways since 2009, which result in over 33 million wasted paper waybills. Taking the Scandinavian market size into account, the potential saving on these target markets could be several times higher. Waybiller aims to solve this problem by developing an electronic waybill system and bringing these operations online.

The objective of the small scheme project is to gather necessary background information and execute vital business analyses in order to determine the development and market focus of Waybiller OÜ for bringing the „Electronic waybill infosystem Waybiller.com“ to the international market. The small scheme project results in a concrete project plan for further developing Waybiller.com platform. This project plan includes the feasibility study of entering international markets and further developing the platform, business plan and strategy for bringing Waybiller.com to the market, preparatory actions for further developing Waybiller.com platform, action plan carrying out the main project, and development of the platform with the Norwegian partner for the Norwegian market.
