The main goal of the project is to improve the practical training of students with disabilities that are formed in VET fields during practical internships at national economic agents through a study visit by the actors involved in Norwegian VET school Mosjøen Videregående Skole .The objectives of the project:- developing competencies, institutional management skills / class / workshop leading to organizing for VET students with disabilities, modern practice stages, based on contemporary, democratic pedagogical principles and in line with the needs of the labor market;- understanding by the participants of the visit of the models presented and setting up a set of them to be implemented and promoted in the beneficiary high school and in other similar schools.- Raising the awareness of the school population about the necessity to increase the efficiency of the practical internships by attending 3 representatives of the students and the popularization of the results and models of the visit to the other pupils of the school and to the minimum of 2 similar schools through a set of tools and channels established by the project.Beethoven Special Technological High School from Craiova together with SC Top Service SRL will co-operate with the project management according to the rules of the program, they will take care of all the organizational aspects related to the preparation and realization of the study visit to the reception partner in Norway.
Summary of project results
A concrete result of this project is the efficiency of the practical professionalization activity for 123 VET students with disabilities of our high school. This result was achieved by improving the capacity, competencies, abilities and teaching knowledge of the 10 teachers / tutors in the vocational training approach of students with disabilities. All the Romanian participants to the study visit highlighted effective Norwegian models and pedagogical simulations were performed, guided by Norwegian VET experts. Based on the learning outcomes from the study visit, the 10 participants made in March and April, after the study visit, a set of 11 products specific to the project: some being assumed in the application and others were agreed in agreement with the expert of the national agency. . The set of products contains: a good practice guide, built on the learning activities of the Study Visit, 1 innovative CDL with the object of study "Hybrid Cars" field in which our local partner has great expertise, being also a leader market; also 3 career counseling and orientation sheets were made, 2 sheets of evaluation and managerial monitoring of internships and 4 partnerships modified and streamlined according to the Norwegian model but in close connection with the dual system, which is very intensely promoted in Romania . These documents were promoted and transferred to a wide audience but especially to VET specialists in order to be used efficiently as a resource. An important result of this project was that the 8 participants, teachers of our school covered all 4 VET areas, for which our high school offers schooling to students with disabilities, so the impact was felt on all VET students of the school, which we leads to the conclusion that the present project had a very high efficiency character. Another excellent result of the project was the partnership itself: 3 very professional institutions with very well trained and dedicated people in the direction of European projects worked together to achieve the proposed objectives. As proof of this success is the fact that in the future, the three partners have laid the foundations for future collaborations, more precisely to initiate the writing of an Erasmus + Strategic Partnership, line 2 ,involving the creation of innovation.
Summary of bilateral results
The initiation of this project was as a result of the invitation received by PP institution from the National Agency to participate in a contact seminar with public institutions in Norway. The school in Norway is an inclusive school that offers educational services to all categories of students without discrimination, in a democratic way and respecting European values. For the 10 participants in the study visit, the organization of the visit to Norway by the team from the host school certainly was a model in terms of conducting a training program taking into account the particularities of the students of that school, the need for training of the participants and especially by the scientific rigor of the contents and activities presented. The attitude displayed by all three project partners from the beginning, made this project move towards a positive ascent from the first month to the last, which naturally created a series of visible results especially for students with disabilities in the promoter high school. For the high school partner from MOSJØEN, this project was an added value due to the fact that the Romanian team is very experienced in the implementation of Erasmus + projects, it was a resource in many situations during the study visit for high school specialists from Norway. The organizations involved in this project established to be partners in a Erasmus + Strategic Partnership. The host partner transferred to the Romanian participants a methodology tool called The Bridge, a product made by the host institution in an Erasmus Plus project on innovation. This tool was tested by the participants in the study visit in Norway and was adapted to the specifics and particularities of the students from the Beethoven Craiova Special Technological High School. This tool is still used today in the career counseling and guidance activity, its specific procedures have also been taken over and are very useful for the educational activity in our high school.
