The host organization in the donor state, Glemmen videregaende skole, was involved in designing the agenda during the mobility. This was agreed at the time of submitting the project for approval. The host institution provided support for the organization of mobility (offered consulting for accommodation, meals, cultural activities, local transport), and during the mobility, respected the agreed agenda, involving students and teachers from both the host institution and local schools, with a similar profile. The teachers of the receiving institution provided information regarding the organization of the practical training internships, made demonstrations of the nursing hours (laboratories, equipment), provided the beneficiaries with the requested documents (example, the student’s agreement for practical training). The collaboration between the two institutions, during the mobility, led to the improvement and understanding of the VET system in Norway, the differences and common points between the two VET systems, provided an overview of the organization of internships in Norway, but also examples, which were later integrated in the professional activity of the mobility beneficiaries, referring to innovative teaching-learning-evaluation methods, the use of digital means in the educational activity, teacher-student relationship. The collaboration with the host institution contributed to the obtaining common results for solving common issues and to the Improvement of the knowledge and mutual understanding developed between the entities involved.
