Description

CCD Cluj offers training activities and counseling for more than 7000 teachers. The aim of the project is to enhance the human capital and knowledge base of CCD Cluj, through a mobility action focused on improving the educational experts’ competencies in providing training and counseling for the Romanian teachers in the field of  Human rights & Ciryzenship education (IE/HR). To this end, 7 educational experts from CCD Cluj will participate in mobility activities on two flows on these issues. After the mobility, the participants will organize training activities with teachers, headteachers and longlife learning responsible in schools on these topics. They will also improve the proceedings used by CCD Cluj for organizing training activities and the research tools for the Impact study regarding lifelong learning activities. The expected learning outcomes are: higher quality services in training and counceling the target group in the field of IE/HR, new and innovative resources and methods used in schools for the activities on  IE/HR.

Summary of project results

The mobilities took place according to the programs specified in the letters of intent. Thus, two groups of experts were organized who participated in the training in two different periods in order to ensure the service in the institution. The first series of mobilities (3 people) was organized with travel days on March 4 and 9, and between March 5-8, 2019, three Methodist teachers participated in the training seminar "Education for human rights and democratic citizenship" at the host institution Menneskerittighetsakademiet / Human Rights Academy, Olso, Norway, in order to improve the skills needed to organize training and counseling activities on human rights - democratic citizenship. The second series of mobilities (four people) was organized with travel days on April 7 and 13, 2019, and between April 8 and 12, 2019, four Methodist teachers participated in a mixed mobility (study visit and seminar training) at the host institution Fleksibel Utdanning Norge / Flexible Education Norway, Olso, Norway in order to improve the skills needed to provide training and counseling activities on the inclusive education of disadvantaged groups.
When returning from mobility, they implemented the content / tools / resources acquired in the development plan of the institution and in the educational policy of the institution,they improved the procedures for conducting training activities as well as research tools for studying the impact of lifelong learning on the quality of education; developed the curriculum for lifelong learning activities in the main areas: inclusive education and human rights education and citizenship; carried out training actions / activities on: Inclusive education and education for human rights and citizenship using the latest trends in adult education, ICT tools and information gain at seminars in Norway.
