Assessment of the Programme Development Approach

This assessment looks at the efficiency and effectiveness of the programme development approach of the 2014-2021 EEA and Norway Grants and identifies potential efficiency gains. The assessment was conducted by the Centre for Strategy & Evaluation Services (CSES).
