During the meeting, common issues and requirements for successful launch of the project were discussed - the need for partner involvement, the expected outcome and outputs of the project activities. In addition, the Latvian delegation had an opportunity to visit the rainwater infrastructure facilities in the Oslo residential area, adapted to extreme weather conditions.  Improvement of urban infrastructure to adapt to the climate change is based on climate change policy in Norway implemented by the NEA.
