Through the EEA and Norway Grants 2009-2014, the three donors Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway have set aside € 1.7888 billion. The funding is channeled through more than 145 programmes in the 15 beneficiary countries. Programme operators in the beneficiary states award funding to projects under each programme.

On the project portal on our website www.eeagrants.org/project-portal you can search for approved projects in the beneficiary states. There you can find key facts, summaries, partnership information, news and photos of supported projects in the periods 2004-2009 and 2009-2014.
You can search according to country, sector, programme area, donor programme partner and target groups or use a free text search to find the projects you are looking for. On the project portal you can also search for programmes.
The programme operators in the beneficiary states are responsible for the information related to each approved project.
Key areas of support
Key areas of support under the Grants include environmental protection and climate change, civil society, children and health, cultural heritage, research and scholarships, decent work and justice and home affairs.
