Invitation for tender – photographs of young people affected by crisis

The Financial Mechanism Office, located in Brussels, requests tenders for photographs of the life of young people and how they are affected by the economic and social crisis in Europe. The countries to be covered are the Czech Republic, Greece, Latvia, Poland and Romania.

Civil society strengthened in Poland through the Grants

Tenders need to be submitted by 6 November 2012 and the deadline for producing the photographs is 1 March 2013.

The Financial Mechanism Office, located in Brussels, requests tenders for photographs of the life of young people and how they are affected by the economic and social crisis in Europe. The countries to be covered are the Czech Republic, Greece, Latvia, Poland and Romania.

The following specifications apply:

Countries to be covered: the Czech Republic, Greece, Latvia, Poland and Romania.

Main theme: The life of young people and how they are affected by the economic and social crisis in Europe.

The set of photographs in each country should reflect the main areas of support by the EEA or Norway Grants in the respective countries. These are defined in the Annual Report 2011-2012 of the EEA and Norway Grants, pages 36-65, which can be found here.

Number of photographs: Minimum 200 high quality photos per country. Each photograph needs a text regarding location and theme as applicable.

Quality: High resolution, jpg, colours and black and white.

The total set of pictures must be suitable to use for different purposes: written material, web, social media, roll-ups and other.

 A selection of photographs shall be presented on a separate, publicly available web page, being operative for a minimum of 3 years after delivery.

The assignment cannot be split in separate deliveries.

Size of contract: up to €50 000.

Deadline for producing the photos: 1 March 2013.

The deadline for the submission of tenders is 6 November 2012 at 12:00 p.m. (noon). All tenders have to be submitted to Sigve Soldal Bjorstad.
