Hungarian Fund for International Mobility Programmes launched

A €1.2 million fund aimed at supporting international cooperation and partnerships between Hungary and Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway was launched on 7 September.

Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway are supporting the fund with a €1 million grant. The mobility fund will contribute to the development of the educational system in Hungary in the areas of lifelong learning and vocational training.
Eligible applicants span from secondary schools and higher education institutions to NGOs, SMEs and other institutions active in the field of education in Hungary. Institutions from Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway may receive a grant through participating as a partner in a project led by a Hungarian institution. Institutions can apply for funding until 10 December 2007.
