Invitation to bid: Code monitoring services

A call for tender for the procurement of source code quality monitoring services for the Grant Management System for the EEA and Norway Grants launched by the Financial Mechanism Office (FMO) - the secretariat of the EEA and Norway Grants - is now open.

Through the EEA and Norway Grants, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway contribute to reducing disparities in Europe and to strengthening bilateral relations with 15 countries in Central and Southern Europe.

To support the management of the Grants for the 2014-2021 and following funding periods, the FMO has already contracted a supplier (GMS Supplier) for the development, implementation and maintenance of a Grant Management System. The aim of the assignment is to objectively measure the quality of the source code in the deliverables produced by the GMS Supplier, identify and address potential risks and quality related issues linked to the source code and coding practices, propose and follow-up on improvements and corrective measures.

The deadline for submission of bids is 31 January 2018 at 17:00 CET

Questions as to the procurement or documents must be e-mailed to gms@efta.int with copy to dca@efta.int no later than 15 January 2018 at 18:00 CET. Due to the Christmas closure period of the FMO, submitted questions will not be opened until 2 January 2018. The questions and answers will be shared on our website where the tender was announced, without disclosing the name of the person or company raising the question.
