Strengthening cooperation on children and youth at risk in Estonia

Funding is now available to strengthen bilateral cooperation within the ‘Children and Youth at Risk’ programme in Estonia.

The aim of this call for proposals is to facilitate and support cooperation between entities from Estonia and the donor countries – Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway. These initiatives are expected to increase mutual understand and promote cooperation. 

What is supported?

The following activities are supported under this call:

  • Participation in conferences, seminars, courses, meetings and workshops held in one of the donor countries
  • Exchange of knowledge and experience on the implementation of projects
  • Dissemination of results of common activities
  • Other activities that comply with the goals of programme and are beneficial to capacity building of the project promoter

The total amount of this call for proposals is €95 846. These funds are distributed to the programme components in the following way:

The maximum grant amount is 30 000 per project from the open calls; Maximum 30 000 under the predefined project and maximum 20 000 per project under the small grant scheme. The grant rate from the bilateral fund is 100%.

Who can apply for funding?

Eligible applicants are the Project Promoters of approved projects (under the open calls, pre-defined projects or the Small Grant Schemes).

When is the application deadline?

The application deadline is 27 February 2015 or until all funds are exhausted.
