The Romanian scholarship fund of the EEA Grants exists to promote student and teacher mobility between Romania and the EEA Grants donor states Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.
Eligible applicants are Romanian higher education institutions participating in the Erasmus programme.
The application deadline is 31 March 2010.
