The tenderers should specify their knowledge, experience and capacity to undertake the assignment. The tender submissions should include an hourly and a daily rate for the assignment. The contract period is November 2012 – June 2013.
The consultant should be familiar with results and risk management in line with the logical framework approach and have extensive experience in facilitating workshops and providing guidance to public civil servants and other stakeholders. The consultant is expected to have relevant academic qualifications and experience with results based programme design and implementation, excellent facilitations skills and good knowledge of the context in which the EEA and Norway Grants operates within.
The tenders have to be submitted to Trine Eriksen at ter@efta.int by 26 October 2012, 12:00 p.m. (noon).
All communication between the tenderer and the FMO shall be in English. All tender documents must be written in English.
