Summer School: Women in Science

The course gathers internationally well known researchers - amongst others from Iceland and Norway - who will discuss the conclusions of number of studies, approaches and perspectives in Europe and United States of America, as well as about their experience and proposals for a higher equality in this field. The combination of lectures and round tables will allow participation and exchanges among attendees and speakers.The summer school will take place at the Complutence University of Madrid and is organised under the Spanish 'Scholarship programme' in cooperation with the Spanish Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality, the Spanish Ministry of Culture and Education, the Norwegian Centre for International Cooperation in Education (SIU), the Icelandic Centre for Research (RANNIS), and Liechtenstein's Agency for International Education Affairs (AIBA).Registration is open until 9 June 2015 (for students requiring meals and lodging) and 28 June 2015 (for students attending the course without meals or lodging)How to registerRead the summer school's programmeVisit the summer school's websiteRead more about the Spanish 'Scholarship programme'.
