The objective of the Conference is to analyse experience in reducing health inequalities and strengthen cross-sectorial collaboration as well as engagement in action for reducing health inequalities.The conference will gather 400 participants from all government sectors, speakers from countries with good practice in reducing health inequities, as well as experts from the WHO European Office to discuss the various causes, correlations and implications linked with health inequality, including social and economic factors.
