Closing Event of the Greek NGO Programme “We are all Citizens”

The EEA Grants Greek NGO Programme “We are all Citizens” has focused in particular on four priority areas, namely the reduction of social inequality, poverty and social exclusion, the promotion of human rights including minority rights (especially Roma and migrants), supporting democracy, transparency and good governance as well as protecting the environment.Friday's event will be opened by Dimitris Vlastos, President of the Bodossaki Foundation, H.E. Jorn Gjelstad, Ambassador, the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Athens and George Kaminis, Mayor of Athens. In addition, there will also be a screening of the documentary "We are all Citizens". Saturday will be an all-day festive event, celebrating the achievements of a vibrant and dynamic civil society, empowered by the EEA Grants.
