Summary of project results

During this reporting period, we encountered several challenges. The delivery of key machines, such as the Senfeng VO2 laser cut machine and Wojie VO1 CNC lathe, was delayed due to lengthy inspections, financial corrections, and maritime transport delays. Although the machines were expected by November 2023, they arrived in April 2024. Additionally, we faced the challenge of ensuring the timely setup and operation of these machines. Another challenge was the need to create new job positions to handle increased production demands, which led to hiring additional employees. Despite these obstacles, we successfully implemented green innovations by purchasing a pellet boiler to utilize wood production waste.

Throughout the project period, we met all the set criteria. All budget items were purchased and delivered on time. We met all the indicators as expected and completed all activities.

As a complete novice in project management, I initially struggled with understanding numerous instructions, contracts, and recommendations. However, the Research Agency, as the program administrator, was always very helpful, and we are ready to undertake such projects again in the future.
