Description

 

The project initiative is built upon a long term continuous improvement of the university education process and methods with the focus on following priorities:
- Integration of new post-pandemic crisis era IT technologies in education and training for the application of new teaching as well as training models,
- Development of learning modules/curricular in Environmental economics, Enviro. Management, Circular Economy
- Raising environmental awareness of university students/graduates, with possible employment in green innovative public and private entities in Slovakia and raising of environmental awareness of university teachers to enhance their new digital era teaching skills applicable for further education of full-time and part time students.
Specific focus will be oriented on cooperation with organisatios from public and private sectors such as National Union of Employers, SEWA and university in Norway The College for Green Development, for a transfer of knowledge and good practice.

Summary of project results

The project aimed to integrate new IT technologies in education, develop learning modules in environmental economics and management, and raise environmental awareness among university students and teachers

The project developed and published updated learning modules and curricula, organized workshops and conferences, and disseminated results through various media. Key activities included the development of new learning modules, procurement and installation of IT and communication tools, and conducting educational and promotional events. The project also established cooperation with public and private sector organizations and extended the implementation period to ensure all activities were completed.

The project successfully developed and implemented new learning modules, raised environmental awareness, and facilitated knowledge transfer between Slovak and Norwegian partners. The main beneficiaries were university students, teachers, and stakeholders in the education and environmental sectors.

The project fostered collaboration and knowledge exchange between Slovak and Norwegian partners, enhancing bilateral relations.
