Description

The main objective of the project is to create a favourable climate for the establishment of good-quality workplaces, which will be achieved through awareness-raising activities planned in five modules, in cooperation with the partner NHO (Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise). The project will also strengthen tripartite dialogue by engaging social partners in the activities. Norwegian experience can inspire Poland as regards tripartite co-operation and innovative work-life balance solutions.

ACTIVITIES:

1.  Exchange of experiences between project promoter and NHO: a) Study visit to Norway to learn about experiences on work-life balance, payroll transparancy, and child care offered by companies, b) Expert report on Norwegian good practices, c) Participation of NHO in events organised by the promoter.

2. Raise employers'' awareness on work-life balance for employees: Adapt the online platform www.rodzinaipraca.gov.pl. to the changing needs of employers and employees, and extend with e.g. guidelines on company child care,  actions addressed to older employees and information about Norwegian good practices.

3. Raise employers'' awareness on payroll policies in enterprises: a) Update the “Equal Pay” tool that enables users to verify pay gap in enterprises. b) Conduct 10 training courses on the updated tool in various regions. c) Analyse existing legislation and elaborate legislative changes on payroll transparency in enterprises. d) Organise 2 consultative meetings with social partners to present legislative changes.

4.  Support 30 enterprises to implement solutions for good-quality workplaces through elaboration of methods based on experiences from the project  “Family and Work – It Pays Off”.

5. Dissemination activities to create good-quality workplaces and a good climate for the family.  A survey will illustrate the level of Poles’ awareness of the subject and  indicate the most adequate tools and communication channels for the campaign.
