Description

The project consists in the elaboration of technical documentation for rehabilitation and endowment of medical dispensary in Ciprian Porumbescu locality, Suceava county.
The objective of the project is to improve the basic social infrastructure in order to create adequate living conditions, to develop and revitalize the commune''s economy, ensuring the population''s access to basic services. The project is a necessity for the community because its implementation would significantly improve the life quality of the inhabitants of Ciprian Porumbescu commune, including the marginalized community, by achieving access to quality medical services in a modern and fully equipped space in accordance with the current health regulations. The building  for the communal dispensary is in an advanced state of deterioration and requires repairs and energy efficiency works, the working conditions being unsuitable for the medical act in accordance with the sanitary legislation in force. The main objective is represented by the modernization of the communal dispensary, which is followed by increasing the quality of community life, providing  superior conditions for medical activity, increasing the comfort of medical staff and patients that will benefit from the newly renovated space. The final beneficiaries of the project are all the inhabitants of the commune and implicitly the members of Roma ethnicity within the commune,  192 persons out of 1840 inhabitants.

Summary of project results

The project addressed the need to rehabilitate and endowment of medical dispensary in Ciprian Porumbescu locality, Suceava county. The objective of the project is to improve the basic social infrastructure in order to create adequate medical conditions and ensuring the population''s access to basic services. Within the framework of this project,  technical documentation and specialty studies were developed in order to rehabilitate the medical dispensary in Ciprian Porumbescu commune. The technical documentation was developed and  the necessary approvals for the first phase of design  were obtained. This will lead to the increase the chances for obtaining non-reimbursable funding from the various financing programs.  The technical documentation will be further used by the project promoter as part of other financing application to be submitted in order to finance the investment works. On the long term, modernization of the communal dispensary will be followed by increasing the quality of medical services.
