Description
The project consists in the elaboration of technical documentation for the development of infrastructure in a marginalised area of Boldesti-Scaeni by arranging side-walks and bicycle lanes. The technical documentation will be further used by the project promoter as part of other financing application to be submitted in order to finance of investment works.
The investment is necessary in order to improve the access of people from the marginalized area to services (administrative, educational, medical, cultural, religious, public order institutions etc., or economic, services or works operators), as well as the safe travel with minimal costs and in civilized conditions in the area. The short, medium and long term results of the investment objective will increase the area''s viability, which will lead to the development of the area through housing, service spaces, commerce etc. The project meets the demands and needs of the target group and is relevant, necessary and appropriate as a solution to the identified needs at the target group level.
The final beneficiaries of the project are the total population in the area: 357 inhabitants, of which 328 inhabitants are Roma
