Description

The aim of the project is to support and grow entrepreneurial skills, knowledge and innovative thinking within SMEs and start-ups in manufacturing area and contribute to increased competitiveness of these private enterprises in Romania.

The project will be implemented together with Noveltex Oslo AS (P1), Centec Norge AS (P2) and Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture Galati (P3) based on the provided Partnership Agreement. 
The objectives of the project are:  


(1) support and grow entrepreneurial skills, knowledge and innovative thinking for SMEs and start-ups (from manufacturing area) for increasing business competitiveness through capacity building on specific topics;
(2) enhance knowledge about business opportunities and business culture; 
(3) strengthen cooperation and exchange experiences and best practices with Donor country on circular economy business models. 

The project contributes to the Programme''s objective to increase value creation and sustainable growth in Romanian business sector. Additionally, it contributes to the strengthening of the bilateral relations between the Donor States (Norway) and the Beneficiary State (Romania) through the partnership between two Romanian entities:

Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture Galati (P3) and Synesis Partners (PP) and two entities from Norway: Noveltex Oslo AS (P1), Centec Norge AS (P2). Each partner has input in the activities implemented in the submitted project through own sfaff, therefore the collaboration between the entities will be tight and significant. The bilateral relation(s) between Romania and Norway will be promoted alongside the entire project implementation.
