The company, Green Leaf Power S.R.L, is based in Gura Humorului, Suceava county, North-East region of Romania, was created in 2019 with the purpose of using the zonal potential in the field of medicinal plants and berries, potential which is currently undervalued. The company''s main activity is the processing of herbal tea and berries. The processing of medicinal and aromatic plants is done in two stages: primary processing and secondary processing. All procedures related to the raw material collected from the spontaneous or cultivated flora are called primary processing. Currently, loose tea is sold in stand-up pouches, polypropylene paper, and glass containers. By reinvesting profits, the enterprise hopes to consolidate its output and market share in the long run.
The main objective of the project is to invest in a packaging machine as well as a dryer machine. The company targets to expand processing capacity by installing a dryer that can dry a significantly bigger quantity of goods for less money and a complicated tea bag packaging equipment. The goal is to establish itself as a premium brand that offers high-quality products at reasonable rates in the market for healthy foods and environmentally friendly products.
The project is expected to increase the degree of well-being in the local community by augmenting income.
