Description
Madrugada Com is continuously improving and is constantly in search of new ways to cut costs and have a minimal impact on the environment. Implementing the project proposed will solve both the cost cutting as well as the environmental protection. The project proposed installing a 908,96-kW photovoltaic system in order to produce green electricity for own consumption. The system will be mounted on the roofs of the production halls with a total installed capacity of 0,9207 MW.
As photovoltaic panels prices continue to drop and breakthroughs are made in terms of energy conversion, Madrugada will be in the first row of the technical innovations, as it will have the knowledge and opportunity to invest in the innovative new products that will greatly benefit the company in the long run. Key activities include:
- Investment activities which include purchasing the photovoltaic system.
- External project management.
- Publicity to promote the project.
Expected outcomes include an estimated annual decrease in CO2 emissions of 339,92 tonnes/year. The project will also lead to a production of 1.087,97 MWh/year as clean energy.. Finally, the project is expected to generate 1 new job where the employee will be hired from disadvantaged communities or with unemployed status.

The project is finalized and the equipment is installed: photovoltaic installation of 0,9207 MWp, producing renewable energy for own consumption.
