Description
The Csutak Vilmos Teacher Training House is a centre for all the teachers and actors in education of the whole Covasna County, working with the aim of enabling the teachers of the county to take part in courses which will give them chance to work with up to date methods and techniques.
In the last almost two years the whole world has gone under enormous changes because of the pandemics. One of the mostly affected area was the educational system everywhere.
We could feel the need for help on every level of the education, and decided to work on enhancing new techniques , building up new courses in our Offer , in the field of using IT in the classroom, more using new apps aplicable in online teaching, and then in blended teaching , which is much more difficult and needs completely new approach to the process of teaching – learning.
• The fisrt course we have chosen is about Cross Disciplinary Teaching and it debates the objectives of how to collaborate with colleagues and peers in cross-disciplinary learning design as well as how to support the growth and development of students .
• The second course is a course which we applied for in 2019, but because of the pandemics it was cancelled , but taking into account that its topic is more than up to date nowadays , we consider that it would be crucial to participate . The title is The Teacher as a Change Agent and it provides new teaching techniques and methods which are of utmost use at the moment in a totally changed situation.
Results: will be 2 courses on the two different topics of each mobility, which will appear in the yearly Offer of our institution and will be available for the teachers of the whole Covasna county and not only.
From these two courses would benefit all the actors of the educational process on a large scale thanks to the possibility of organising both face to face and online or even blended courses from the year 2023.
Summary of project results
The candidacy is addressed to the first objective of the Program, aimed at supporting the quality of education, through the applicant''s mediated empowerment of teaching staff in the use of new methods in the didactic act
- Various dissemination activities were carried out, with a plus for the theme and way of organizing the "Next Level" conference;
- A good visibility was achieved for the project;
The acquisition from the courses were Europass certified
