Description

The objectives:
- Strengthening the capacity of the institution in education for citizenship and human rights, developing key competencies in this field;
- Acquiring and promoting the latest approaches and instruments of the European Council in education for citizenship and human rights, social inclusion, as well as their use in educational practice;
-Developing the capacities of the participants to design, carry out and evaluate trainings for teachers, workshops for students in inclusive education;
-Reducing school dropout;
-Increasing the promotion rate in national exams and baccalaureate;
-Acquiring transferable professional skills to contribute to increasing the value of the educational act;
-Knowing and applying the latest methods and procedures used in inclusive education, experienced in European countries.
Results:
-8 teachers trained from a professional, social and personal, emotional point of view;
-8 Europass Mobility certificates;
-two workshops;
-two approved courses created by educational experts;
-CDs, DVDs, videos, photo albums;
-informative brochures;
-guide of good practices;
-articles in the media;
-project web page.
The development of the project "I am integrable, not negligible" will have a positive impact on the institution, on the project team, all educational experts in the institution, on students and schools in Gorj County, on the community by improving the skills and abilities of participants by acquiring new pedagogical methods of learning, by creating a pleasant atmosphere in the classroom, developing a new attitude towards different ethnicities, cultures, religions, thus contributing to the modeling of more flexible and tolerant characters, to a better understanding between local communities and schools, it will lead us to a new European dimension.

Summary of project results

  1. The applicant had the first international experience on this program line and an adequate framework for the dissemination and transfer of purchases was created;
  1. The brochure created in the project is well outlined and consistent, with the potential to be used in the current activity by interested teaching staff;
  1. A good visibility for the project and a consistent dissemination and transfer were achieved;
  2. The cultural and linguistic preparation was well done;
