Description
The main aim of the project is developing the CJRAE strategy to support schools around the county in developping environments that promote inclusion, wellbeing and creativity.
Objectives:
1.incresing the capacity of at least 50 teachers from CJRAE, to use methods and tools that promote inovative practices, collaborative methods and creativity in schools:
2. increasing the CJRAE capacitiy of supporting at least 6 schools in order to help them to create a good climate that support learning
3. improving the competences of organizing information and counceling activities on the topic of the project
9 experts from CJRAE will attent 3 courses in Iceland and Norway, in order to develop their proffesional competencies and ability of creating school inclusive environments.
The results of the projects will be used to organise seminars, conferences, workshops for teachers of diverse subjects,headmasters,school inspectors,parents.A Good practices guide will be released.
The project will support the modernising of the activities run by our experts, openess to new educational trends
On long terms, the project will make a contribution to the increase quality of education in schools around the county, facilitating the acces to new methods, tools, information, ideas that promote creativity, innovation, inclusion.
Summary of project results
- The report is consistent, well done and provides good information on all aspects requested in the form;
- The implementation of the project was carried out in compliance with the good framing of the application, in the objectives and priorities of the Action;
- In the pandemic context, the project was implemented with the number of participants and at the courses established in the application;
- The selection process was transparent, with clear criteria and a good preparation was achieved for the candidates;
- The implementation of the project has well capitalized on the specificity of the applicant organization, with relevant results for the institutional development of current activities and of the operating capacity in the international framework;
- Quality learning/training results have been obtained that have been Europass certified and with formal recognition through transferable credits ;
- All the tangible results planned in the application were obtained
- A well-described impact was obtained both on the direct participants and at the institutional level;
- A good visibility for the project was achieved;
The dissemination of the results was well achieved, both through direct activities and through online activities and specialized publications
