Description

The project aims to develop and market four food products with health-promoting properties, intended for seniors. This will be a range of functional Healthy Senior coffees: anti-cancer coffee to increase immunity (Colostrum), coffee for diabetes (White Mulberry), coffee improving metabolism for use in ulcers/constipation (Flax Powder), and coffee for osteoporosis (Collagen). These products will be distinguished by a unique recipe of decaffeinated cereal coffee with added ingredients, the composition of which will make it possible to meet the health needs of specific consumer groups.

We implement the project with the Norwegian partner, RBE AS, that acts as a business mentor, plus will analyse the Scandinavian markets, and especially the Norwegian one, in terms of demand among target groups (elderly people with specific health problems) for new products.

In addition to the partner’s advice and mentoring, project costs will include development of product formulations by a research unit and preparation of the product for market launch.
