Description

‘Stupid not to know’ is our innovative project in which we want to address a hitherto undeveloped topic in the context of gender equality – the men. The second project is dedicated to our sisters from Ukraine, who find themselves in a difficult situation in an environment that is foreign to them. We have prepared a series of holistic workshops for them dedicated to the hormonal cycle as well as to mental and physical wellbeing. We will also conduct creative workshops to help Ukrainian women develop their professional skills, increase their sense of empowerment and self-determination and facilitate their integration into the local community.

Summary of project results

Social education: creating accessible educational materials about the hormonal cycle, addressed to both women and men.
Integration and support for refugee women: organization of workshops developing their competences, strengthening self-awareness and facilitating integration with local society.
Development of the organization''s resources: training for association members, creation of professional visual materials and new products, such as ZIN or a urogynecological roller, to expand educational activities and sources of financing.
The project focuses on social change through education and building awareness, reducing taboos, supporting excluded groups and strengthening the foundations of the organization itself.

The following activities and products were implemented as part of the project:

1. Training for the association team
Nine training sessions were conducted which developed the members'' competences, especially in the field of brand strategy and communication. Thanks to this, the team manages crises better and communicates with recipients more effectively. Substantive training, such as phytotherapy or chronic pain therapy, allowed us to expand the knowledge necessary to create educational content.

2. Webinar "It''s stupid not to know"
An educational film addressed to men was created, which discusses the topic of women''s hormonal cycle. The film enjoyed great popularity, gaining 36.9 thousand. trailer views on Instagram and 440 views on YouTube. The film premiere, combined with a discussion, attracted new partners and opened the way to cooperation with corporations.

3. Workshops for refugee women
8 workshops were held for refugee women in the field of health, well-being and personal development. Despite difficulties with attendance, the activities allowed for integration and increased awareness of the participants.

4. ZIN publication
100 copies of a mini educational publication about the hormonal cycle were prepared and printed, which will be distributed in Sopot schools.

5. Development of communication and promotion
Subpages were created on the website presenting the association''s activities. Posts were regularly published on social media, reaching a wide audience. Participation in the "Klimaty" fair allowed us to establish contacts with new recipients.

6. New product: urogynecological roller
A prototype of a roller for relaxing the pelvic floor muscles was created, which will expand the association''s offer.

Project activities contributed to increasing awareness of the hormonal cycle, improving management in the organization and building lasting relationships with partners. Project products, such as the webinar and ZIN, will be further used in educational activities.

The project produced significant results that influenced both the beneficiaries and the development of the association.

1. Education and increasing public awareness
   - The webinar "It''s stupid not to know" reached over 440 people on YouTube and had 36.9 thousand views. trailer views on Instagram. Thanks to this, men gained a better understanding of the female hormonal cycle, which resulted in greater interest in the subject in professional and family circles.
   - 100 copies of ZIN (educational publication) will be distributed in schools, increasing young people''s awareness of women''s biology.

2. Support for refugee women
   - 55 people participated in the workshops for refugee women. The workshops helped them integrate, build self-esteem and develop practical skills, such as preparation for the labor market. Despite difficulties with attendance, participants emphasized the high substantive and emotional value of the workshops.

3. Development of the association
   - Members of the association underwent 9 training sessions, which resulted in improved management and communication in the organization. Thanks to this, the association is better prepared to implement further educational projects and activities.
   - The team created a prototype of a urogynecological roller, which in the future will become a new product supporting women''s health.

4. New partnerships and cooperation
   - The project established contacts with large companies, which resulted in an invitation to conduct educational workshops for corporate employees.
   - Thanks to participation in the "Klimaty" fair, the association''s recognition increased and new recipients were acquired.

Project impact:
Project activities improved the quality of life of beneficiaries through education, integration and support for personal development. At the same time, they strengthened the association''s position as a leader in education about the hormonal cycle and women''s well-being.
