Description

We are committed to continuously developing the competence of the team and increasing the organisation''s recognisability. Therefore we carry out training courses for permanent colleagues, thanks to which we will improve the quality of our services and streamline the process of raising funds. In addition, we want to build a positive image of the organisation among the local community, so we carry out various promotional activities, including advertising and events. We are creating a Blue Meeting Area which is planned to become a space for the implementation of integrative and educational activities as well as promoting a healthy lifestyle. Among other things, legal, language and social skills workshops will be organised for Ukrainian youth. There are many refugees from Ukraine living in the City of Zielona Góra and surrounding towns, including young people who cannot find their way in the Polish reality and build relationships with their Polish peers. In addition, we will carry out a series of meetings named the Activist''s Afternoon Tea for socially engaged people. The meetings are intended to establish relationships and share experiences. We will also jointly carry out happenings dedicated to human rights, environment protection and anti-discrimination.
