The grant will be used for the comprehensive development of our organisation, which will help us improve the implementation of projects aimed at integration and engagement of local community in ecological activities. The Foundation''s Board will undergo a series of training and mentoring sessions corresponding to the organisation''s needs, i.e. team-building, management, implementation of procedures and organisation of work, as well as deepening our knowledge of nature and ecology. We will purchase office equipment and an accounting programme. As part of our communication and promotional activities, we will create a website and a Tik-Tok account, and develop a communication plan that includes both digital and traditional media. Our activities with audiences within this project will focus on strengthening ties in the local community, especially intergenerational integration. We will organise a nature and art expedition for senior citizens and children from the Youth Community Centre. Together with residents, we will design a local space – a community garden. It will be available to everyone as a place for meetings and activities, but also a space for relaxation, equipped with comfortable seats and hammocks and a place for a bonfire. Through these activities, our organisation will develop organisationally and legally, but also deepen integration with the public and be more recognisable in the local community.
