Description

Organisational Grant - implementation of the submitted strategy.

The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Federation of Non-Governmental Organisations is a federation which means an agreement between a network of organisations as well as a community in which member organisations plan, make decisions and implement their activities together. We are a representative of the non-governmental community and an advocate. We create space for advocacy and cooperate with public entities. As part of our strategy, we are developing another functions of the ‘federation’: an infrastructure organisation offering services to member organisations and to the non-governmental sector in the region as well as an expert organisation acting as a civic think-tank. In the perspective of the 6-year strategy, we want to become an even more active organisation with strengthened and sustainable relations between member organisations. We will strengthen our advocacy role through new forms of action, tools and by using the potential of our expert base (the Good Law Forum). Our experience in providing opinions on solutions in the public sphere, conducting debates, carrying out research and preparing analyses will make us an expert organisation expressing opinions on issues important for the third sector and creating solutions. In implementing the strategy, we will engage our resources and those of our member organisations. We will use the method of working groups and our previous experience, institutional contacts and our visibility in the third sector. We will continuously verify and modify our goals and examine the achievement of indicators. We will conduct an external evaluation as well as the monitoring of the quality and effectiveness of our activities.
