Description
The aim of the project “CAPITAL: Capacity for Growth and Further (Co-)Operation”, of society “Intellect Park” (IP) elaborated within the framework of the Active Citizens Fund is to develop the operation and management of the organization, to increase the capacity of the society’s human resources to ensure further effective cooperation and innovative services. By analyzing our achievements and problems, we will identify the needs of the society to be aware of its growth potential.
Our task is to develop the society’s “Development Strategy”, including interdisciplinary educational, cultural and social services relevant to the society.
In order for the society to be included in the structures of larger NGOs, it is essential to evaluate and update the activities of Latgale NGO network “Cooperation of Latgale Associations in the Implementation of Civil Society Activities” established by the “IP”.
Within the framework of the project, getting acquainted with examples of good practice in Norwegian NGOs, the society “IP” will acquire new methods of working with representatives of national minorities, third-country nationals, their consolidation with Latvian citizens, as well as providing support to other migrants.
As a result of the improvement of the society’s website, the organization will provide transparent information about opportunities for the society, offering unified communicative space.
