The action plan developed has allowed the approach of setting targets and assessing their achievement to be used in the day-to-day work, thereby optimising the organisation''s functioning and focusing on what still needs to be improved. This strategy contributes to raising awareness among the staff of the organisation of the success of the method in achieving the objectives, as well as allowing for the adjustment of the types of action to ensure that the organisation functions as effectively as possible.

A VFS program has been developed during the project, which improves training efficiency and outlines coaching work. It includes full-fledged training plans with exercises, as well as a testing system for measuring and evaluating the level of physical fitness. There is also an extended scope and scope of the society: online training and on-site training is regularly organised, new sports and exercises are included in the training process. It is important to mention that the activities of the association involve new members from their respective audiences, young volunteers and new specialists thanks to the activities of the communication plan. Training was an important activity, thereby increasing the qualifications of existing specialists, participating in seminars, in consultation with specialists in the sport sector, as well as through exchanges of experience and sharing experience with similar foreign organisations. In addition, classes and demonstration activities were organised in other cities of Latvia, thereby extending the scope of the association, promoting the integration of the organisation''s audience in society and social networking processes, attracting new sports specialists, as well as increasing the number of members of the association. The inventory needed for the full functioning of the organisation was supplemented, taking into account the characteristics of children with disabilities.
