Description

The applicant JSC "Energy Advice" aims to create an innovative complex predictive maintenance system EA-Predictive, based on a unique methodology that enables to effectively manage not only the production but also the energy and management processes of the company and to combine them in a complex way. The commercialisation of this system will have a significant impact on the applicant''s competitiveness by providing industry with a qualitatively new and relevant product with the potential to restructure the market for predictive surveillance systems (PdM).

The project will be implemented with a partner, the West Norwegian University of Applied Sciences (Høgskulen på Vestlandet – HVL). The applicant''s main activity and the products being developed are for the management of the system''s energy processes, while HVL scientists have carried out research and achieved excellent results in the management of multilayer networks. During the implementation of the project, the partner will be responsible for the implementation of a multi-layered network based on machine learning in the system under development, preparation of testing procedures, testing of system functions, some programming activities.

EA-Predictive system is designed for chemical, wood and food industries that require large amounts of energy. The system modules being developed will be universal and can be adapted to other industries as well. The EA-Predictive system allows consumers to increase technological efficiency and production productivity, reduce energy consumption and reduce CO2 emissions.
