Description

Kamen Pazin is a large-sized company that is specialized in quarrying, processing, and installing architectural-building stones with more than 65 years of tradition in the rock industry. All stone slabs processed as semi-products in Kamen Pazin, are treated with surface epoxy resin application to protect and improve the quality of the product. Presently the epoxy resin application is done manually by two employees, one standing from each side of the line. The investment project is to replace the manual application with an automatic/robotic epoxy application line. The Project Promotor will fundamentally change their production process, have better working environment for employees and a step forward in protecting the environment. It is estimated that Kamen d.d. Pazin will have annual decrease of other emissions (V.O.C. emissions): -1,6 t and annual decrease in the consumption of other materials (epoxy resin): -1.8 t.
