Currently, many manufacturing companies that could benefit from using a production process monitoring software do not use one. This results in inefficiencies and higher costs for the companies and higher workload for the employees. The objective of Eziil''s development is to upgrade their existing initial production software to offer both existing and new customers at home and abroad even more opportunities to achieve more intelligent and efficient production through systematization and tracking. The “EZIIL” platform to be developed is suited for small and medium-sized production companies that do not currently have an overview of their production processes and do not use a software for optimizing their activities. The aim of this small project is to decide and be confident in the feasibility, necessity, cost-effectiveness and viability of the development idea. In order to make these decisions, it is necessary to conduct a partner search and all the necessary preliminary studies.
The platform that will be developed will help to make the work of production companies much more efficient by reducing the burden on the organisation''s management staff and inventory resources, improving productivity and delivery accuracy for both suppliers and the company, increasing order management capability, decreasing the number of errors due to inter-departmental information exchange and reducing the stress level of employees.
In order for Eziil to go ahead with the development idea, it is necessary to conduct several background studies. Market research and competition analysis are carried out within the framework of a small project; a business plan will be prepared for the project and the economic viability of the project assessed (to find out if the project is feasible and cost-effective). Detailed development plan of the software will be developed and partner search will be carried out. Methodology and projections for impact assessment will also be developed.
