Description
In the framework of small grant scheme, Mayeri Industries AS will conduct preparation activities necessary for the main project, which is targeted towards the digitalization of the company’s production processes.
Applicant company operates in the production of home cleaning products. The main project plans to improve the efficiency of the laundry gel capsule manufacturing processes (including the quality control system) through the fullest possible automation and digitization, from mixing, packaging, quality control and delivery of product mix and integration of data into economic software to improve planning, operational production management and information flow and analysis. The project is aimed at developing cooperation between Estonia and Norway by searching for Norwegian partner for main call project activities. The partner search is aimed to increase cooperation between Estonia and Norway to include the best practices, knowledge and experience in the main project.
