Description
The motivation of the project is to present the use of modern digital tools to our consultants in fulfilling their regular agenda with minimal impact on the need to purchase new IT equipment. The goal is to simplify, explain and teach the process of transferring, processing and storing the organization''s data while maintaining its quality - e.g. machine readability, accessibility of the information. The project will support the selection of the appropriate SW and introduction of the electronic signature of documents into the regular company agenda and will teach users the correct use in the process of handling documents and electronic communication.
Summary of project results
The project addressed the different level of digital quality of methodology opinions that our consultants send to building authorities and other applicants. The opinions were issued in Word, printed, hand-signed and stamped, mailed, scanned or photographed by phone and emailed in JPG format. Such a statement is of variable legibility and is not machine readable. It has also happened that the opinion has been falsified, especially in cases where the builder has been issued a negative opinion or the need to rework the project documentation to meet the accessibility standards. We wanted to unify the digital form of the outputs and prevent the posibility of their misuse.
We have proven that with simple tools, enthusiasm and patience it is possible to teach people of different ages with different levels of PC proficiency to use a useful digital tool. We set up digital signatures for 27 users. We upgrade the software of order management system for easy work with digitally signed documents. All trained users are fully using the tool. WE´RE PROUD ON THEM ALL.
The digital signature on methodological opinions helps to simplify the work of the consultant. The prepared opinion does not need to be printed, hand-signed and scanned again. The digital signature saves time, the environment and the cost of office supplies. Our NGO is ready for the digitalisation of the construction procedure (construction management information system = ISSŘ) from 1.7.2024, brought about by the new Construction Act.
