Description
ASNEP, z.s is an associating and umbrella organization of those organizations which work for the benefit of hearing-impaired citizens or their parents throughout the Czech Republic. Thanks to the project, the organization will increase the quality, efficiency and safety of work in the online environment of the organization. Specifically, it will implement the digital tool Google Workspace, which will be tailored to the needs of the organization. Members of the organization will be trained to work with the tool, basic templates will be developed, and a manual for new members will be developed and a document with defined rules and responsibilities related to the online tool.

The impact of the project has been felt by the rooftop organisation ASNEP itself. ASNEP is now starting to work on the Google Workspace platform, which it bought and set up according to the needs of the organisation (until now there was no platform and staff, volunteers, Council members and expert committee chairs used their personal accounts and storage). This has given staff, volunteers, Council members and chairs of expert panels an official email and access to Google Workspace, thus streamlining remote teamwork, increasing data security, transparency and archiving.
The project was not only about setting up Google Workspace for ASNEP, but also about teaching the different actors how to work with the application through two internal training sessions, three public webinars and the possibility to consult the manual (all these events are accessible, i.e. the training sessions and webinars were interpreted into Czech sign language and transcribed and the manual is both written and translated into Czech sign language. In addition, to support the management of the umbrella organisation, a Digital Directive has been created relating to all digital tools in the umbrella organisation.
