Summary of project results
The main goal of the project was to provide support to children and families fleeing the war in Ukraine and to assist in the process of adaptation and overcoming the traumas experienced by them.
During the implementation of the project, a specialized center was built, where those seeking protection from the war, currently living on the territory of the town of Haskovo, had the opportunity to visit and receive legal and psychological help and support.
In the center, the project implementers give lessons in the Bulgarian language and provide the services of a psychologist during the group consultations with the children and their parents. During the project period, 120 individual consultations with children, over 100 individual consultations with parents and 42 group activities with children and parents were held.
