Description

The proposed project establishes a collaborative research effort between Romanian and Norwegian researchers. This fosters knowledge exchange on GPP frameworks, best practices in green railway systems, and challenges faced by both countries. This collaborative approach promotes mutual understanding and strengthens bilateral relations. By comparatively analyzing green public procurement (GPP) implementation in Romania and Norway, the project identifies potential areas for improvement.
