Summary of the results

In accordance with the planned activities, reports on the implementation of the vaccination program in Poland and drug resistance and rational antibiotic therapy were developed, algorithms of conduct for primary care physicians in cases of lack or interruption of mandatory vaccinations and creation of individual calendars of protective vaccinations and rational therapy of infections, in particular urinary tract infections, were developed. Comparative analyses were developed and publications of survey results of medical personnel and patients were prepared based on scientific data. Recommendations for nursing staff in primary care regarding vaccinations and rational diagnostics and antibiotic therapy of urinary tract infections were developed. An IT tool was developed - a prototype of an application facilitating the creation of an individual vaccination calendar. An assessment of the usability of algorithms and the tool was carried out. The results of the implementation of the program in the field of protective vaccinations were disseminated among medical personnel and patients during webinars, training for medical personnel co-organized with the Supreme Medical Chamber and conferences organized with the Association of Medical Hygiene and a series of workshops for primary care medical personnel. The actions taken had a positive impact on the creation of a network for the exchange of knowledge and good practices between the beneficiary and Norwegian partners.
