Description
The proposed initiative aims to strengthen the cooperation of organizations from Greece and Norway and the exchange of know-how in order to prepare an e-learning course on sexual harassment. Through the initiative, Centre Diotima (Greece) and KUN (Norway) will be able to strengthen the existing network of institutions of the two countries, exchange and communicate good and bad practices in the prevention and response to sexual harassment and jointly develop awareness-raising and training methods that use modern and flexible technologies.

Summary of the results
Over the course of 3 months (11/2021 - 01/2022) a group of 5 experts worked together to produce training materials for an e-learning course on Sexual Harassment, with a focus on the workplace. Both partners were able to share their previous experience in training design while building on their experience they identified the most prominent training needs to be addressed. They then produced the contents of the course, including references from the EU, Greece and Norway, as well as several case studies.
