Summary of the results

A better understanding of the organizational mechanisms of the Incredible Years programme was achieved. Various methods of implementation on concrete examples and their results and pitfalls were presented. Professional aspects of the program important for successful implementation were clarified. The support of the Norwegian partner for the implementation of the program in the Czech Republic was promised. Participation in the symposium was a pivotal moment, without which it would not have been possible to prepare the PDP grant application.
