Description
The initiative aims to exchange and share experiences with mental health in two non-profit organisations with different cultural and historical context (Iceland and the Czech Republic) The activities are two exchange stays (first in Prague, second in Reykjavik) during which participants will present activities which take place in their organisations. The participants will be peer consultants and lectors from both organisations.

Summary of the results
Two exchange stays were organized (first in Prague, second in Reykjavik) during which participants presented activities which took place in their organisations. In Prague there were two participants from Island – Hugarafl and in Reykjavik there were two participants from the Czech Republic. Participants were peer consultants and lectors.
The main benefit of the exchange stays was the exchange of information and experience in improvement of employability in the labour market, social inclusion of people with mental health illnesses, learning of new approaches and methods with the recovery of psychiatric patients in different cultural contexts, and emancipation of psychiatric patients - they can strengthen their role in municipal districts, municipalities and on national and supranational level.
