Description
The aim of the initiative is to expand the network of Znanie Association Bulgaria by creating contacts with organizations from Norway, with the aim of exchanging experience, good practices, and subsequent deeper cooperation through the development and implementation of joint projects.
Summary of the results
All activities were conducted according to the plan: working visits, trainings, development of two joint project concepts and ideas about possible cooperation for the recognition of competences acquired in the NGO sector with Prios, and possible cooperation between KBT Fagskole, National Center for Public Health and analyses) and Druzenie Druzhestvo Znanie, for developing training programs for ex-addicts; Final informational event was organized. The Norwegian representative of the partner made a presentation about the organization''s activities and its role in the local community, relationships with businesses and how these are developed and implemented. The other one - a Prios representative based in Sofia, held a practical session with the participants, presenting their Canvas Business Model.
